The Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners In Medicine and Surgery (“the Board”) has moved to vacate the hearing in this matter because, “after further review and discussions with staff and Respondent Dr. Lloyd Arnold . . . [the Board’s attorney] has agreed to present to the Board a proposed resolution that will dispose of he issues in this matter. Respondent joins in the motion. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on February 18, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Executive Director of the Board for further action. Done this day, February 16, 2010.
