The parties have moved to vacate the hearing in this matter because they have agreed in principle to resolve their dispute through a consent agreement. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on March 24, 2010 and March 25, 2010, without prejudice to Respondent Dr. Jessop’s right to request a hearing if the Arizona Medical Board does not accept the proposed resolution. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Executive Director of the Board for further action. Done this day, March 10, 2010.
