A hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date. Shortly after the time scheduled for the hearing to begin, the parties’ attorneys informed the Administrative Law Judge that they had reached a proposed settlement that they would present to the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board (“POST”) for its approval. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
