This matter concerns Complainant’s challenge to the Fund’s determination that he is not eligible for recovery from the Fund. Hearing has been held. The record has been held open until June 15, 2012, so that the parties could file post-hearing memoranda of law. On June 1, 2012, counsel for Complainant filed a statement withdrawing the hearing request. This means that the determination of ineligibility is no longer being challenged. Good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing in this matter and remanding this case to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
