The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene in the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) on Monday, August 10, 2009, at 8:00 a.m. On August 6, 2009 the OAH received a Stipulation to Vacate Hearing filed by the Respondents’ attorney and signed by him and the attorney for Complainants. The Stipulation states that the “parties have settled their dispute and are currently working on the terms of a settlement agreement.” Wherefore, good cause appearing, the scheduled hearing is canceled, and this matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
