After the recess, both parties’ representatives stated on the record that the had reached a settlement to resolve Complainant’s claim, the essential terms of which were recited on the record. Complainant agreed to withdraw the claim. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 8:15 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
