In the motion, Respondent advises that it has filed a bankruptcy action. A search of the PACER Service Center’s electronic records confirms that Respondent did file a bankruptcy action. A copy of the search result is attached to this Order. As a result of Respondent’s bankruptcy action, there is an automatic stay in effect. IT IS ORDERED that this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent’s motion to continue be denied as moot. Done this day, October 15, 2009.
