A further hearing date was scheduled for February 4, 2010 at 8:15 a.m. On February 3, 2010, the parties submitted a Stipulation of Settlement, a copy of which is attached to this Order. The Stipulation of Settlement sets forth the terms of the parties’ agreement. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the further hearing scheduled for February 4, 2010 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
