Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a Motion to Vacate Hearing submitted on December 14, 2009. Pursuant to the Motion, Complainant Henry Davis has requested that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for December 15, 2009, be vacated for the reason that Complainants have withdrawn their filed complaint against Respondent. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED VACATING this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate disposition.
