A hearing on the merits was commenced on this date, at which Complainant J B Stucco LLC’s qualifying party Joseph Bernard and Respondent Mountainside Custom Homes LLC’s qualifying party Michael Beishir presented evidence. A recess was called, during which the parties were able to resolve their dispute. After the recess, the parties’ representatives confirmed their settlement on the record and signed a document that set forth the terms of their settlement. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
