IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) has informed the Office of Administrative Hearings that, due to Respondent’s properly filed bankruptcy, this matter must be closed unless Complainant obtains relief from the automatic stay. A copy of the Registrar’s notice is attached to the parties’ copies of this order. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled in this matter on September 23, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, September 9, 2009.
