The essential terms of the settlement were recited onto the record and, pursuant to the settlement, Complainant agreed to withdraw its complaint against Respondents’ licenses. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this complaint under A.A.C.
