STATE OF ARIZONA OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On October 7, 2009, the parties appeared at the appointed time and place for hearing in these consolidated matters. Parrco Electric was represented by its Qualifying Party Javier Parra (hereinafter “Parrco”). C Quiroz Construction was represented by its Qualifying Party Cindy Quiroz (hereinafter “Quiroz”). During the beginning phase of the hearing, the parties reached agreement and did not need to continue the formal hearing process. Parrco agreed to withdraw its complaint against Quiroz (09-2532) in return for a payment of $2,616.61 from Quiroz. Parrco agreed that this payment would constitute payment in full for the claims in its complaint. Quiroz agreed to make the payment on or before October 21, 2009. Quiroz also agreed to withdraw its complaint against Parrco (09-3155) in return for Parrco’s release of its claim for any money beyond $2,616.61.

The parties are aware that, as stated in the Notice of Hearing under “Resolution Short of Adjudication,” upon notice of this settlement and Complainants’ withdrawal of the complaint, the Registrar of Contractors will close the complaint and note it as “resolved/settled/withdrawn.” Good cause appearing, and based on withdrawal of the complaint,

IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors close this matter.
