Before the parties presented their cases on the merits, on the record they informed the Administrative Law Judge that, late in the afternoon on Friday, August 21, 2009, they had reached a settlement agreement. The parties submitted a fully executed document setting forth the terms of their agreement. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this appeal under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation it be closed as settled, resolved, or withdrawn.
