Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a Notice of Settlement and Stipulation for Dismissal and Request to Vacate the Hearing Set for July 22, 2009 (“Notice”), submitted on July 21, 2009. Pursuant to the Notice, the parties, through their respective counsel, have requested that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for July 22, 2009, be vacated for the reason that the parties have resolved the matter in dispute. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED VACATING this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate disposition.
