On September 19, 2008, the Department filed a Notice of Results of Informal Settlement Conference wherein it is noted that the parties settled the matter and that the hearing should be vacated. Based on the Department’s avowal, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing is vacated and this matter is remanded to the Arizona Department of Weights and Measures.
