STATE OF ARIZONA OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On June 23, 2009, the parties appeared at the appointed time and place for hearing in this matter. Complainant Greekfest Center, LLC was represented by Tony and Susan Makridis, its Managing Member and Secretary/Treasurer respectively. Respondent was represented by Franklin Nguyen, sole proprietor and Qualifying Party. The parties discussed the case both on and off the record. They cam to an agreement of the following terms: (1) Complainant agreed to drop the complaint and seek no reimbursement from Respondent; (2) Respondent agreed to not pursue any claim he might have against Complainant on the contract at issue in this case. Good cause appearing, and based on withdrawal of the complaint, IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors close this matter.
