Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, Complainant filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings, indicating that they wished to withdraw the filed complaint and vacate the scheduled hearing. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the referring agency for appropriate disposition.
