On May 26, 2009, the Office of Administrative Hearings received the State’s Motion to Vacate Hearing. Attached to that Motion was an Order showing that the Office of Pest Management has issued a Notice of Default and revoked Respondent’s License. Consequently this matter should be vacated. See R2-19- 111(4). IT IS ORDERED that this matter be vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the Office of Pest Management.
