On October 16, 2009 the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control, by and through Assistant Attorney General, Kathryn J. Winters, filed a Request to Vacate Hearing. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control.
