IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter came on for hearing on October 13, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. The Licensee appeared through Paul Bear. The Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control appeared by and through Assistant Attorney General, Marjorie Becklund. At the onset of the scheduled hearing, the parties stated that they had concluded a settlement agreement and stated the terms of the agreement for the record. Pursuant to the terms of the parties agreement, Ms. Becklund agreed to prepare a consent agreement which, after signing, would be submitted to the Director of the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control.
