IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene in the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) on September 23, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. On August 6, 2009 Respondent’s attorney filed a Notice of Bankruptcy filing by the Respondent, an individual, filing as an individual. A copy of the bankruptcy filing was attached which reveals that the Respondent did indeed file for individual Chapter 11 bankruptcy in April 2009. The case was assigned to Judge Eileen W. Hollowell with docket number 4:09-bk-08754-EWH. The automatic stay provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 362 prevent the scheduled hearing from proceeding. Good cause appearing the scheduled administrative hearing is canceled, and this matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
