IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene in the Office of Administrative Hearings, Tucson, on April 13, 2009, 1:30 p.m. On April 7, 2009, Complainant filed a “letter to retract my complaint” in this matter, which is taken as a motion to vacate the hearing, on the ground that all items in question have now been corrected by Respondent to his complete satisfaction. Considering the nature of the motion no response is necessary. Good cause appearing the motion is granted. The scheduled administrative hearing is canceled, and this matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
