On December 9th, 2008, the Complainant filed a request that “the administrative hearing process be stopped at this time,” on the ground that Complainant has now been paid in full by Respondent. The request is taken as a motion to vacate. Considering the nature of the motion, no response is necessary. Good cause appearing, the administrative hearing is cancelled, this matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
