IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene in the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) on June 8, 2009, at 1:30 p.m. On June 5, 2009 the Complainant faxed to the OAH her motion to vacate the hearing, and request that the case be closed. Based on her motion it appears that the Respondent has properly complied with the written Corrective Work Order from the assigned agency Inspector. Considering the nature of the motion, no response is necessary. Good cause appearing, the motion is granted. The scheduled hearing is canceled. This matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action. Done this day, June 8, 2009.
