IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene on February 5th, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. On February 4th, 2009, the parties through their respective counsel, filed a stipulation to vacate the hearing and dismiss the matter based on the Respondent’s filing of bankruptcy. Wherefore, good cause appearing, it is hereby ordered canceling the scheduled hearing, vacating the matter from the OAH docket and remanding same to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
