On October 23, 2008 the Complainant filed the attached written communication which provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “Please be advised that at this time I no longer want to pursue this complaint against AWARED INSTALLATION INC. (CORP). This resignation is due to the fact that I was able to engage a contractor that completed the work to my satisfaction, not because I believe that AWARD INSTALLATION INC provided me with the quality of work that I paid for and expected.” Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
