IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene in the Office of Administrative Hearings, Tucson on October 1st, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. Immediately prior to the hearing a prehearing conference was held with the Complainants appearing telephonically. The prehearing informed the Complainants of the latest developments in the case, which is the filing of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition in the federal bankruptcy court in Tucson, Arizona. The bankruptcy docket number is 4:08-bk-12680-JMM. The automatic stay provisions of the bankruptcy court are now in effect, and there is no relief obtained by the Complainants from the provisions of the stay order. Wherefore, it is hereby ordered canceling the scheduled hearing, vacating the matter form the OAH docket and remanding same to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
