IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene in the Office of Administrative Hearings, Tucson, on September 8th, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. On August 24th, 2008, Complainants sent a letter to the Registrar of Contractors stating that the Respondent had performed all work to their satisfaction, thus resolving all outstanding issues in their administrative Complaint, and requesting that the hearing be vacated. On September 4th, 2008, Respondent faxed a copy of the Complainants’ letter to the OAH. Good cause appearing, the Complainants’ motion to vacate is granted. The scheduled hearing is canceled, this matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
