IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene in the Office of Administrative Hearings on July 22nd, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. In the afternoon of July 21st, 2008, the parties filed in the OAH a Notice of Settlement, along with their mutual request that the hearing be vacated and this matter dismissed. Wherefore, good cause appearing, and in accordance with A.A.C. R2-19- 111.1, it is hereby ordered canceling the scheduled hearing, vacating this matter from the OAH docket and remanding same to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
