The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled, but not yet noticed, to convene on July 21st, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. On April 24th, 2008, the Complaint’s President filed a written motion to “drop” the above-styled Complaint in the OAH. Complainant stated that he no longer wishes to pursue the matter. Wherefore, good cause appearing, and in accordance with A.A.C. R2-19- 111.4, it is hereby ordered granting the motion. The administrative hearing is canceled, and this matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action. Done this day, May 5th, 2008.
