On May 14, 2009 the parties filed a Resolution Short of Adjudication which provides as follows: As the Respondent through their contractor has made the repairs at issue to our residence, as ordered by the Registrar, the Complainants in this matter respectfully request cancellation of the Administrative Hearing scheduled for May 19, 2009 and closure of this case. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
