IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene in the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) on October 28, 2009, at 8:00 a.m. On October 27, 2009, the parties faxed their signed Stipulation to Dismiss this matter on the ground that they have achieved a settlement of their dispute informally. The details of their settlement were not disclosed. Good cause appearing and in accordance with A.A.C. R2-19-111.1 and 4, it is hereby ordered vacating the scheduled hearing and vacating this matter from the OAH docket and remanding same to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
