IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On March 16, 2009 the Complaint submitted a request to vacate the hearing on the following basis: “This letter is to advise the Registrar that Mr. Collermo (Respondent) and I have resolved the issue pending and would like to remove the complaint that I have filed against his company.” Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
