IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene on November 4th, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. On November 4th, 2008, at 10:16 a.m., the parties faxed to the Office of Administrative Hearings their written and signed settlement agreement and withdrawal of the Complaint, and notice that they would not be attending the hearing (Copy attached hereto and made a part of Order sent to the Registrar). Wherefore, good cause appearing, it is hereby ordered canceling the scheduled hearing, vacating this matter from the OAH docket and remanding same to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
