IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On February 2, 2009, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a copy of Maricopa Superior Court Judge Paul J. McMurdie’s Order for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief dated January 29, 2009 issued in Maricopa County Superior Court Case No. LC2008-000740-001 DT that enjoins the Office of Administrative Hearings from taking any further action in any pending administrative adjudication. A copy of the Order is attached. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that this matter which, according to the records of the Office of Administrative Hearings, was scheduled for March 27, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and is remanded to the Arizona Department of Fire, Building and Life Safety.
