On September 3, 2008, Respondent advised the tribunal that it had filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy on July 3, 2008. A copy of Respondent’s filing is attached to this Order. As a result of the bankruptcy filing, an automatic stay is in effect. Complainant has not filed any notice that it has obtained relief from the stay. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for September 9, 2008 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
