STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

These consolidated matters are scheduled to convene for hearing via videoconference on June 18, 2009, pursuant to notices of hearing issued by the Registrar of Contractors on April 2, 2009 (Case No. F08-0184) and May 5, 2009 (Case No. F08-0171). On June 16, 2009, the parties, by and through respective counsel, filed the attached notices of settlement wherein it is related that the parties had reached a settlement of their disputes. For purposes of these consolidated matters, and due to the content of the foregoing, the above-referenced notices of settlement will be deemed to be a motion to vacate the instant hearing pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111(1). Based on the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in these matters set for June 18, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. via videoconference be and hereby are VACATED from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings; and, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that these consolidated matters be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate further action.
