The assigned Administrative Law Judge, having reviewed the file of the above-entitled matter makes the following minute entry: For good cause appearing, this matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for the following reason: Pursuant to correspondence filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings by Respondent’s counsel on May 7, 2009, which included a Motion to Dismiss from Complainant, the parties have resolved the matter and both the Complainant and Respondent seek the complaint to be dismissed.
