Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a Notice of Withdrawal of Complaint submitted on July 13, 2009. Pursuant to the Notice, Complainants Kathleen and Gene Silvers, through counsel, have requested that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for July 14, 2009, be vacated for the reason that they have withdrawn their filed complaint against Respondent Building Cents, L.L.C. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED VACATING this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate disposition.
