For good cause appearing, this matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded for the following reason:
This matter is moot because Respondent has changed its position concerning the subject of the appeal.
The party requesting the hearing has voluntarily withdrawn.
Prior to proceeding on the merits, the parties resolved the matter. The essential terms of the settlement were stated on the record. However, the terms will be further detailed and presented for the Arizona Board of Appraisal’s consideration.
The agency deems allegations admitted and has issued Findings of Facts, Conclusions of Law and Order.
The agency has dismissed the matter.
The parties have agreed to dismiss this matter.
