Immediately prior to the hearing, and after preliminary discussions between the parties, Complainant’s representative Rigoberto Barajas stated he wished to withdraw the Complaint and that he consented to an Order of Closing the Citation in this matter. Respondent’s representatives Pablo Curiel and Daniel Whitworth consented to Complainant’s withdrawal and further consented to an Order of Closing.

THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, for good cause appearing, this matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for the reasons set forth above.
