The assigned Administrative Law Judge, having reviewed the file of the above-entitled matter makes the following minute entry: For good cause appearing, this matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded for the following reason:

This matter is moot because Respondent has changed its position concerning the subject of the appeal.
