This matter is moot because Respondent has changed its position concerning the subject of the appeal.

The party requesting the hearing has voluntarily withdrawn.

The parties have entered into a Stipulation for Entry of Order as a full and final settlement of this matter that be presented to the Arizona State Board of Accountancy.

The agency deems allegations admitted and has issued Findings of Facts, Conclusions of Law and Order.

The agency has dismissed the matter.

The parties have agreed to dismiss this matter.
