The Arizona State Board of Accountancy (“the Board”) has moved to vacate the hearing because the Board and Mr. Schatza have entered into a Decision and Order (by Consent), a copy of which was attached to the Board’s motion, as a full and final settlement of this matter. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on January 29, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this appeal under A.A.C.
