STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The assigned Administrative Law Judge, having reviewed the file of the above-entitled matter makes the following minute entry: For good cause appearing, the Compliance Hearing in this matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and this matter is remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for the following reason: Pursuant to correspondence filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings by Complainant Beth Rumack on June 8, 2009, on behalf of the both Complainants, the Complainants seek to “withdraw their Complaint.” Therefore, as Complainants have impliedly withdrawn their objection to Respondent’s September 19, 2008, correspondence to the Registrar asserting compliance with the Registrar’s August 18, 2008, Decision and Order, this matter is remanded to the Registrar for further action consist with Complainants’ withdrawal.
