Prior to the time set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, the Assistant Attorney General representing the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control requested that the scheduled hearing in this matter be vacated with leave to reopen because the parties are proposing a resolution to the Director of the Department that will dispose of the issues.

In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the originating agency for its further action.
