Appellant Sunshine Acres Subdivision and the Arizona Department of Environmental Protection (“ADEQ”) have filed joint motion to vacate the further hearing in this matter pursuant to their settlement, the essential terms of which were set forth in the motion. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the further hearing that had been scheduled on this date IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this appeal under A.A.C.
