Appellant L & M Gas and Oil and the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) have stipulated to vacating the status conference and dismiss this appeal pursuant to their settlement, the terms of which were set forth in the stipulation. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the status conference that had been scheduled on this date. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this appeal under A.A.C.
