IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Arizona Medical Board (“the Board”) has moved to vacate the hearing because Respondent Robert S. Charlap, M.D. has presented to the Board a signed consent agreement that resolves all matters in dispute. The Board will consider the agreement at its August 2008 meeting, when it has time. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on June 17, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. If the Board does not accept the consent agreement to resolve this matter, Dr. Charlap may request that this matter be reset for fair hearing in the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this appeal under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Executive Director of the Board for further action. Done this day, May 20, 2008.
